Our very first lesson of Visual Communications. This lesson taught us a technique of drawing, using shapes. What it meant was simply visualising the object using shapes and slowly outlining the final product. This technique is extremely useful as it helped many of us achieve a drawing that is similar to what we were supposed to produce! The above are all drawings of what we were supposed to "copy". We were also told to sign our signature onto a piece of paper and exchange with our partners'. Then, flipping it upside down, we were supposed to imitate the strokes. That task was challenging yet fun!
All in all, the lesson was fun and I went home learning something new!
